My plan is trying to stay in 3div, but the worst things who happen is to start next season in 4div

 

My crew is not getting younger, so this team has a rule abort fresh 17player is sub player in 20games or more

This is mid season update

 Hey, its been some time now.

With the last blogg is more then 10 seasons. And thats a long time ago. Is still working on how to go up division with litle credits, and thats a hard way up.  I want with my team to stay in 3div my team is playing now.

Economics my team do it ok. My 5season plan is to harvest as much credits as posible. Think 200 or more is posible. Because i think its sucks to hace something like 25 credit all the season and fill up with another 15 next season so my plan is to sell player and buy another playerfor less prize and then buy some credits. So if you want one of my player send me a message and or bid on then.

So if you want one of my player most of then is on sale for the right prize.

 

Whats the diffrent betwen 4th and 3rd div i norwegian league?

 Economics its benefits like more money cause more view thoose games. but weekend cups cost 300.000 in 4th div and cost 400.000 in 3rd div

Teams q is from q77 to q83 in average in 4th when thay are mostly q84 to q89 in average in 3rd div Thats should be posible to be able to stay with some upgrade in my squad. Like find some player with higher Q and invest more time with player to groow more then 2Q evry season, do i make it hehe, dont know yet.

So far iam at the bottom in my Department. If my team play smart they maybe is playingnin the 3rd next season to, but if i go down and back to 4thats ok to. Then i know i need more Q and build my team up. 

 

Team tactis for the future. How to do well here in Ml,  There is some team here who buy a lots of 17 and build up a team that way. I might one of then in some few seasons. I thinking of getting more money and keep with some players who can deliver a team for the future.

my team has grown a lot, is flying to 3rd div after wining a division with small opertunity to be nr 3 or 4 again, thanks other team, had a mail in begining this season from a rookie who just started, he was new here at ml, and i gave him a lot of tips, like have older players and buy some other in game tips.

 

Next season my team is playing in 3div and its 1st time ever, its looking good, better team, and with some better team,

Over the last few season i have startet with build up a team, and have forgotten some few important players, but now i have 2 ok attackers and some useless goalkeeper, but my best job is at midle and defend,  i dont have any players at level q90 but some more season nd it will come.

 

my 2nd, helping team i help also goes from 5 to 4 div and i cant take any glory because that is belong to rob himself. but my advise was, build stadium, to get more people there, is good for cash,

Its a new season and my team is fighting for their survival in 4div.

My team and their manager/me is still learning and do same mistake again in another season. in less then 6 season most of my team will be changes, not because i want, but time fly and its looks bad for now when few other from the team can take over.  Its a natural part when players getting old they stop playing. its take also some time when younger players need time to learn and groow to be a part of the team.

This season my team survive another season in div 4, , some change will happen because its needed.

 

How is its going with the team this season

 

Goalkeeper is same like last year, 1st keeper is groowing and 2nd is only for back when 1st is out of fit or damage or out of fit. Next season my team need to find a new younger 2/3 keeper for the future.

 

Def,  lost 2 player since last season, both retire and so far its only 1replacements, a younger player who need a lot of time and practice. other is doing better and groowing and doing a fine job to keep goals again the team. next season my defence will become stronger and we need time to build up a solid wall.

 

Mid,  Lost a player because he retire, have alos recive a younger player from academy, otherwise rest of the team is the same like last season. This part of the team is doing a good job and its will continue.

 

Att, It hard to fine player who can scoore a lot of goal, my team is groowing, but not there manager,  have spend some money on players with experience and q, they are at age and build a younger player takes some time. next season a might sell and buy soem players, will sack and older player in the end of this season. this season its 3 player who scoore regulary,

Is now ready for next season at 94,  my education is become better and my understanding is going better for this game. For now it looks my team is doing a better job then last year and my achivments this season is to have moorre goals for then goals against.

 

My team is improving each year and groowe more.

This season is hope my attacker can scoore goal, but i also want my goal keeper and defense to dont have much goal against us, this season my weekend games will be less then last year, basicly to save some credits,  this season my team start with 25 player and its time for my team to become 20 players in the end, if i cant sell them i sack some other. my team make progress and still fighting in 4div. my team is still some season away from 3div, need to have much better players at level q86 in average to stay 1 or 2 season in 3div, so its take times. this season my team i nr 5, its feels god to say there are in top 5 position, but nr 5 is ok. It help to have some good goal getters who scoore, next season i hope my team can do it better then this season, but i also loses some other good players, so its time to rebuild my team with young players who can take the step up.   In the last season my team have sold there 17years players for a high price, i got money to buy other good players, when i look back i have done some few errors, like to high gap between players in age. now some players are with high age and few players to take over.

 

 

My goal keepers is the same as last year, have a 1st keeper and a 2nd as backup,  over the next few season i might find a 2nd goal keeper who has higher Q,

 

Defenders is the doing there job this season, its 8 players and next season i might loss 1 or 2 older players, have 4players at age 30 or less, i give them a lot of game to let them groowe, 3playrs is under age 25. rest of the defenceplayers are older then 33, next season i need new players to help in defence, maybe with moore q at age 32 to keep the team to become better.  my younger players is groow and will be a more important player for the future.

 

Midlefield is doing a god job this season, have some older player who make very important assist and some few but very important goal. have only 1 player under age 25. its very high average here, the younger player is getting a lot of games and he groowe, next season i need 1 more young players, if i buy it shuld be with high star like 4 or 5, to be sure he easely groow. next few seaason many player will retire from middlefield and therefor my team need to start to traing new player who can be a part of the team.

 

Attacker is doing a better job these season to scoore goals, it takes time, have 2 younger player who groowe and its take time to get them up where need to be, have  have in all 6 attackers and to older and 2 at age 28,  the future is safe but wilneed more players in about 4season.

 

 

In this game some player getting old and some takes over, its a part of any team, they need to re fil with new players and my team need to find new young players who add the team a litle bit more power to win games. my tean might loose 2 or three players next season and it will be hard to replaced them. i only belive next season wil loose 2 or 4 player who are at age 35,36 and it will be hard to find replacments for these players.

 

 

How to sell your players

 

My advice when to sell a player, always use auto-accept when you want a player sold, its easier for other to know how much you sell your player for. Its easier to know you will have the player and when the player will sold, nobody wants to wait more then 5 days and maybe they came,

It easier to sell when other know to spend, and when its a bid on you players, its on active transfer and thats the place most people is using to find a new player

a simple advice is to us player search and take a look and spend some time to find a player you want, you dont find the best player there, because they are selling in the first week, after that its much harder to find a player with high q and stars. but its posible to find an younger player with 4 or 5 star at age 18 or 19 all season,

buy: my team have some new player this season to improve the team,, buy some new attacker and think this will help to fight for my team to survive in 4 div.

Last time i was buy some player to reinforce my team was for some few season ago, it was better for a short periode but then this player was good in 5div, but rearly scoore in 4div. its much harder to scoore against a team who is stronger and better player, but when my team groows also they will become better.

goalkeeper:

Is  2 keeper this season.   1st is doing ok, 2nd is for backup only, is doing ok, its average is simularty to other team in my department.is planing to get a new keeper for backup, basicly a young who can groow and make the team become better,

 

defence:

Is happy with my defence this season, most of them is over q80 and they are close to other good team in my department to compare with, need more traning and looking forward to nest season where i might find a player with q86 or close to improve the defence. its alos time to fine a younger player who can be tranied to be a part of this team, a younger player at age 17 will  be wanted then.

 

Midlefield:

Some good own player who have groowing up from team academy, also buy a new player to the team,has much higher q then rest of my team. Have some older the 32 who wil help younger under 20 to become a part of this team. is trying to sell aplayer in beginning of season 94,  Next season will be spend on younger player, will give them as many games i can, baicly as a sub.

 

attackers:

Have a lot of attackers this season if you can count its 6 of them, Thanks to a young goalkeeper i sold for a lot, this season i might win some close fight becaseu some of theese can do there job and push and scoore some, is going to sell 1 or 2 players, they will be a very good player for some 5div or simularity league.   have only 1 player from own academy and i still give him games so he ca groow and become a important player at my team,  Have my best attacker at q84 and he both have posibilty to scoore games this season, my youngers player will be a sub this season, have some other that will be a part of this team basicly to support and play some games for traning. next season my team will start to make focus to train a new younger player with surpose to sell after short time, younger at age 17 and train him with a lot of training camp will be needed. the right player will have some stars and after a short time as much q as posible.

 

My team in season 93 was nr 9 of 16,

 

next lev is div 3 and my team is not ready for that now, today it to high level, but if my team groows, they might be there with some progress.

 

Of 30 matches my team was win 8

and loss 11 games,

who gives my team 35p

my players was able to scoore 28 goals this season, less then 1 goal pr match,

and other team was able to scoore 32 goals against my team, next season my team need a better defence to avoid that. how better players and some practice together.

 

 

i dont have a 2nd team, but its temptation, but it against theese  rules that rule the game.

nest season is getting close and do i realy stay in 4div or am i going back to 5div, read more here and find out. my answer is my team will stay, because i have better player then last time and therfore they can do a better job to improve and do what the teams need to do.

Last season my team playing in 4div and strugle to fight, result of that is my team is now playing in 5div, as i can se my team will hopefulle become top 5 i my department.

my team have the highest average quality in my department, but this can be changes rapidly.

 

my focus is to beat bot team, it must be done.  there is 4 others non bot team in my department. 1 - 1 i can put better players in each position. but my goal achiement is not to win, my team want to go back to 4div, but this year it is to win games and groow so they are ready for 4div.

 

to win games in 4div i need players with higher q, my team will make more money to buy a high quality defender, midlefield and a attacker will be optimal. but not likly.

 

this is my team  and where there today and next season, my basic formation is 4-4-2 and its looks great for now, have litle or no resist against bot team, but other manager its harder, thoose games i will se next season is harder and my team is not at this level at this moment. but with time its posible to groow and playere will improve.

 

My goal keepers this seaon is make a good job, 1st keeper have maybe 10season  more before he quit/retire, my 2nd is old and cant play in 4div, to slow and for sale now, Next season i buy a new goalkeeper maybe some over 30 with q at 80 for less then 15000000,- next season my team needs 2nd goalkeeper who can play when needet when 1st if damage or need to rest.

 

Defenders :  my 3 highest q players is old and may need to retire in some few years, they will ned to replacemnts, 2nd players is ok and groow much more and last 2 will need much to groow, this season a let them play from start, but next season they will only be susbtited. this season its a plesure to watch them, but next season there not so much because there level is not high enought, its only maybe my team will buy a better defender at q84 or more to improve with stronger teams. about 3 season from now my team will need a new defence player at q80 or more, today its already 3 older player and they will not stay to long, few player stay over 36 year and therefor my team will need reinforcements.

 

Midlefield is looking good, most of theese players is playing for the team many season. some is over q80 and more will come,  its a good mix, my 2 best players is under 30 years and doing great, lookin forward to see what more comes out of them, have 3older then 30 years old and some younger who groowes. for next season my team will train those i have there and make some more traning and games, at this moment i dont buy new player at this area. over 2 or 3 years theese player hopefully have some player from own ranks/academy who step in when older players leave/retire from the team.

 

Attacker, only 1 is from my own ranks, rest of the players are bought and right now there doing a good job, next season is much harder and they lack speed and q to fight for theres jobs, next season will be much harder. My players need to groow a lot more, my team is  not strong enough to win many games in 4div, but with right preparation they maybe survive for more then 1 or 2 season in 4div, this my team want to stay longer.at these moment money talks and a good attacker cost a lot of money and when my team can buy a new player with higher q it will be a good attacker who can go right in, this season i bought a player for traning camps and to replacements my 2 best player in front, i have 2 younger who plays as subsitute and need togroow a lot more.

 

my next season plan for 4 div,  its no doubt its harder to wins agains non bot teams, level is much harder and i must change tactis often, i have a new 2nd goal  keeper and my 3rd will either sack or sold as fast as posible, wil sell him for what ever, hes a q74 and old, but a new young tea might need a goalkeeper, for evrybody else its better keepers out there, its cst more, but they are also much better and younger.  i dont buy more player this season and i will wait for so long as posible to see how my team can handle a new level.  Over the next few season my team will work to get my younger player up to become a part of the team, they are the future, older players is posible to replaced, but in the end player who can play many season is better for my teams wallet.  my tactics and formation will next year be some deifrents then today, This season my team is play 4-4-2 and some 3-4-3, next seasone i will use more formations some to defence style and some will be more unsafe. if my team cant play, i take another season in 5 and start training my younger player and som eother to be ready for the next level

I had some messages about this and its some good guides here and there, But with litle money and to many bad players. yes there is some few things your team can do to improve, My advice is to sack player over 25 with q less then 62, thoose players is crap and its take time and money away from yor team without giving something back. 

Its also hard to sell them because none want them, my advice is to sack them and buy a player in each position with q 75 or more, and rotate you players dont have the same player in 30games in 1position. Rotate where the players and se how they work, left and right.

Its better for a player have 10games in a season compare to dont have any, its easier to sell a player who had some few fights then none, and let youger player under 21 plays at least 10 maybe 15 games each season. they will groowe and you team will earn it after some few season. When it comes to buy or sell players its plenty with players with level q70 for sales,  Do you need to buy 3player at age 17 when you start, maybe not,  but do you need to think 2step ahead, yes you do.

will get som older defence players who can make it posible to climb a higher placed then last year. i sell Oscar in defence, he have done a very good job recents season, but hes old and i need someone better with higher q, its better to sell him now and maybe get something for him.

I also get a new young attacker, he's at age 17 and q74. i will put him to replace as a substitue in as many games as posible. I also sold erick,  i dont get rich to sell him, but he will mostly dont play any games this year, and therfor he dont be needed.

 

when it come to tatics my team will do some changes when how they plays. my team is used to play in 4-4.2, this year they also play in some other formations. Basicly a defender to avoid losing games.

 

Money, last season had a income with more then 40 mil, This year there will be more or less the same, + - players I sell or/and buy.

my income at home games is almost 2mill. so evry games my income is good. but whem my team is playing out games it not so good.

 

how my team is improve this season, is new defenders with higher q, my new young attacker who might do it better and maybe be able to become the goalgetter my team needs. My team will maybe become nr 10 or so, another thing is my team has play with some other team who has arrive to 4div, welcome. and i hope my team will be able to win theese games,  but in fack my team plays in 5 div in season 92, it might takes 2 season to go up again and then my team need players at q85 in each position.

 

 Last season i won some games because the others team manager did not check out how its going, take a look some few times in a week or more to see how your players fitness and damange, is there any correction you can do or other stuff you can do.  its easy winning to that. and maybe give your team that litle edge you might need in the end, its how good team do it. and its how you can move up. its also give your team a rotation, when a player is injuried or damage you will replaced that player and that player can do a better job and therfor your team

 

This is how my players did it this season,  in most games i plays in 4-4-2 formation, and next season i can try 3-4-3 or 4-3-3 to try others against the bots.

 

 

my goalgetter was ok, when i compare my 1st keepers to others team. he doas a good job, next season he wil become a important player to my team, hopefully he dont let any goals in. in a all season. my 2nd is just for backup,

 

my defenders, its work ok but nothung better,  my 4 best defenders is up above q 81 and my others is groowing or to old. next season i will do very few changes.  when i coming back to 4div i need a defender at level q85 to stay in 4div.

 

my midlefielders is ok, their quality is q80 almost, and next season i dont need any big changes. but when my team comes back to 4div i need a midlefielder at level q85 who can deliver whats needed to.

 

my attackers, has done a job but their jb is to scoore and this season its been not so funny when others team scoore. top news next season they will dominante 5div, but i try to save money to a goalgetter when my teams arrive back in 4div i need a player who can scoore more then 15goals.. my 2 younger wil have a lot of games and then maybe scoore and groow. thats whats my team needed to to.

 

how my next season wil bring, right now i dont know witch depapartemnt, its 4 options there. most others team will be bots, i hopefulle win thoose games, and maybe some other players, i might dont win but but playoff is posible, in most others div you survive because you have good players, sometimes you have the best goalgetters but you dont win the departments. my team have loss most of their games this season and to win all next is a change they need to fix

 

 

my thought for next season,

i might go down a division, its give my a opertunity to win games and get some more money.  i can also see if my attacker can win games, if they cant i must changes them, right now i buy some older player to do start 11 and replacments with younger after 45 to 70min, in evry match. my upgrades to the stadium is a good income, next season i dont need any biger reinforcements. maybe buy some younger and give them as many matches as posibles to make th groow and then sell then after some seasons.  my goalkeepers is good for now, can use both of them many season forwards, my defence crew will be changes over the next few season, need some more players there, my midlefields is working fine for now, dont need any changes next season but when back in 4 div i need a player a q 85 to show the rest of the team how it works,, and my attacker who never give it all. never scoore enought goals what so ever anyway. in season 92 they must show what they have. my 2 youngest attacker will get some time to learn to play balls, if they groowe and scoore goals it will looks good for my team.

 Its the road to the end of season 90.

 

Its the end of season 90 here at ml and my team was able to play in 4div, not so high, but still i need time to think what who could to do bettter. and come back stronger another time.

Problems at season 90 was to win games and makeing goals. Most top team at my division has player at q90 or almost there. my best player is at q80, theres a gap between that.  My team end up as nr 12 and must playoff games to stay in 4div. its not a loss to go down. but next year if my team play in 4div i will be in need to get some more players, especially in the front, since the team dident make any particular goals.

This season my team won few games, and lost a lot, how to change this next season is not open yet, but i need to think over some time with it. Results is spoken for its own.

 

 My guide  if i could start it all over again with a fresh team i would do this and why

If i was completly new manager here at ml i would sack all player who are older then 23 with lower then q 65 and then buy older player at age 30 at minimun q75.because they would train other players to groow faster and because they are at higher q then the team will be able to win games who will makes morale go higher,  To win games at manager league your average team age shuld be 26 or more. young players its hard to make them groow more then 2 q in a season, more then this with more player is difficult. so dont have to many of players who cant play, maybe have max 25 player, i will say maybe 20 is optimal.

 

build stadium and other money income, like stadium capacity, club shops and resturants,  to make more money. more money = accsess to better players.

first season you dont win much, but play weekend cups and training camp wil be a good start. Which option can someone do. if you have more cash after this

some important thing to remember if you are fresh here at manager league is nobody want to spend cash to a bad player when you can get a better one for same prize,

No one will buy your player at q63 so sack them, people buy better players because they have money. theres players with high quality you can buy for cheap and they will do a better job. other pages maybe want you to buy younger player and train them.  i say its waste, its ok to have 2 maybe 3 player at age 17 to 20 and give them a lot of games because they groows faster and you can sell them later when they reach q 73 or more but with limited money, i will prefer to build a team and give young player a posibilyty to play games, then after some seasons you can sell them, Its hard to sell a player, so spend money to player that can give your team something. 

 

 

 

My options for next season.

if i play at 4div next season i will need to get some new players with higher q then rest of my team in each position. i would need players atleast q85 or more, wheres the money, to get some money i must sell a player og two.

if i go down to 5div i keep my players and do the same as i did in season 89 to win games,  maybe sell some players to get more money, take look if you have money and want to buy them, i have auto accept some of them, but most of them are for sale for less,

my rotation system was working in the end, and most of my player make go up +q1, some younger make more.

Round 30 i was winning the game, my oponent was not playing at his best. and my team was in competition with another team about to become nr 12 or 13, the diffrent is going down or play playoff in 1 morre game, i was the lucky one this time, and thats why its important to stay focus all season, 

 

I was lucky to find cups to play in the weekends. its good for your players to fight so much they can. they will groow more and every opertunity i was having trainings camp. it cost but in the end it pay off.

this season i step up from 5 to 4div and my team hope is to dont go under, some other posibles is to farm a season, maybe i go down a div but i can earn money and then go up again,

 

economics plan, earn money and try go understand how to full up stadiums and ticketsprice. last year my income was 50 mill, was estimatet was 40

player sales, player older then 21 and under Q75 is for sale. Will build a small team, its save me for useless players and younger player will groowe faster.

buy players, if thoose i have dont work/fight for it i need someone who can. this season i sell, and for next season i may get down to 5div again.

 

How to make players groow in Q, young players will play with players at age 31 or more, My rotating system will maybe not work agains better team, but in the end of season all my player will be at high fitness thats maybe advanced i can use, how to win games, need better player then my oponents. My Q is lower then others team is not good, my attacker is not ready for higher league. so next season i might go down. So far it dont looks good. My attacker cant scoore goals.

Its getting close to The end of season 89 and this is my sumary.

 

Few changes this year, was selling some player, and try to find some to replaced them,

my team is still in 5div, but i am on my way to climb to next division.

how to know the players are doing their job : concede few goals, making it difficult for your opponent, you get the ball in attack and can scoore goals.

My team have play weeken cup evry weekend, and i  training camps, and with 30ml games my team improve, next season my team will go up division faster then i thought, if someone read this, my secret is to have a good q player at age 31 or more in defends, midlefield and attacker, it was maybe the one that was helpfull for my younger player to grows, otherways in ml and in my 30 games pr season game its ok to be 5div, next season will become harder for my players, i know i will loose some games, but i m\ust try to win some also to stay in a upper division. its to easy to win when you plays against bot player with lower q in each position.

 

this is how my team in each part is doing and some toughts for next season and this season.

 

Goalkeepers : both young players, but they are getting improveing and getting better. as far i can se i dont do any changes with this players. i dont need any reinforcements to the goalies. Hopefully they will be better during the few years and therefor they both become a important part of my team. How to measure the whether the player is doing its job. goalkeeper let in few or no goal, so far conceded less then 10 goals in the league and it works ok, next season it might be harder and more goals against me,

 

Defence : have players at q80 and some almost there, my younger players get improving and its looks good. in the next few seasons some older players wil retiered.Players who leave will hopefully be replaced with younger players. hove to measure defenc this season, The defense players do not give away chances this season. it will be hard to find defender who can handle some attackers at q 90 so next season must be important to dont have the ball against my team.

 

Midlefield : have a good midlefield at my team, have 6 players at q78 to 81,  its a good mix today, Players with experience with retirement, but they will hopefully be replaced with younger players who groowes up and replacea better team. i found a balance with younger players so they can become at the team. Midlfielders provide more assist and create goals. next season will become at higher level. less assist and goals, and it will be harder to fight to win.

 

Attackers : Have today some older player who dominante the team and some younger who needs to growes to become better goalgetters. their job is to create goals and all of the are doing this so.  at upper division there is much better players and its harder to scoore. but if my younger dont get over it it will be very expensiv to find good q player who can scoore goal.

My team is top 3 in my gruop, and i have 10 players who reach 1q so far, way over my plan,

my midle season plan is to rech to play as many department cup games as posibles.

last season i dident reach more then 1 department cup and this season is ready for round 3 and i want to reach the final.

a question to somebody out here.how to improve your younger player, its posible to reach 6q in a season, but how to to it.

still ant to improve my player but i dont have to many credits to throw away

i know i am top 4 in my group, most other team is robots team and i can win thoose games, they other human players can be another match,

my goal for this season is improve young players, earn money and win games, like last year.

my plan and expectations come true this season, i reach the playoff, i stll missing some goalgetter in my team, but i need some time to work with that part.

i have build a young team who need more play experience

for next season i will work with my young attackers and i will sell some player or in worst ca my youngsters cant do it i must find some se sack them

For next season i will ibe back to play playoff and depend of my attackers i maybe win some,

how iam looking at my needs abou nextt 5 season is,

next season is 89 i will spend to find some goalgettes, if my youngster cant take the next step i must find some who can.

season 90 i will win if i still have the team at 5th i will win and get up to 4division.

my goal is to reach 4division and stay therre, at the same time i must fine a way to get better players without buing them

goalkeepers is ok have 2 ok players but they is still under traning and if it seriusily maybe buy 1one more to fix it.

defenders, i will need some more in start troopers, todays players  is old and i need atleast 1 or 2 player who can step in about next 3 seasons

my midlefielders is good working forward, good quality compard to others team, maybe need for 1 or 2 players next 3 season from now, to train youngsters who join the team. today i have to many younger players, some of them will be sold, but i will keep 1 or 2 for buidl up a team,its take time.

my attackers is needed more players top two is old and need to be changes, maybe not playing about 3season from now, my younger i hope can step in to do their job, but i think i need some more players to a goalsgetters job.

2 goal keepers, both young and need more time,

    my 1st keeper next season shuld get up to q80 and my 2nd keeper tilmaye 73 or moore

 

my defense is stille week but its getting better, my defense have 7players and 4 of them is under age 25,  need to grove and follow up

2 is more then 30 and last player is in peak time, right now at q80

 

my midlefield player is the biggest group and many younger player

have 4 under 22 and a upcoming at age 23, hope to get him over q80 over next year

2 older then 30 this season i hade 1one, but younger around him did not improve so i sack him

i also had 2 player in peak time,  and hope to see some more of these later
