a lot of people come in the ML and stay for years without making an advancement into any other division or department than their default division and department..

to make a champions league appearance.. you have to be 

1. active 

2. hard working and 

3. determined 

i know a couple of old friends who are now big shots in this game... just because they were hardworking,

i left the game.. but am back to make an impact... who is up with me???
