                         15 tips to overcome Self-Esteem

1.     "Do not wish to be anything but what you are, and try to be that perfectly."

2.     "Listen to your heart above all other voices."

3.     "Be yourself. There is something that you can do better than any other. Listen to the inward voice and bravely obey that."

4.     "Always be a first-rate version of yourself, instead of a second-rate version of somebody else."

5.     "You were not born a winner, and you were not born a loser. You are what you make yourself be."

6.     "To the world you may be one person, but to one person you may be the world."

7.     "It is better to be hated for what you are, than to be loved for something you are not."

8.     "Self-trust is the first secret of success."

9.     "If you don't run your own life, somebody else will."

10.   "To be yourself in a world that is constantly trying to make you something else is the greatest accomplishment."

11.   "The most important opinion you have is the one you have of yourself, and the most significant things you say all day are those things you say to yourself."

12.   "No one can make you feel inferior without your consent."

13.   "Trust yourself. Create the kind of self that you will be happy to live with all your life. Make the most of yourself by fanning the tiny, inner sparks of possibility into flames of achievement."

14.   "I was always looking outside myself for strength and confidence but it comes from within. It is there all the time."

15.   "Someone's opinion of you does not have to become your reality."

LIFE IS A PROCESS, Find out how........? (21/08/2008 16:54)
It’s all about you! Yes the “COCOON”

One day while walking through the woods, a man found a cocoon. He decided to take the cocoon home to watch its transformation into a beautiful butterfly. He gently placed it on his table and watched it for several days.
One day a small opening appeared and the cocoon started to move. The old man sat and watched it for several hours as it struggled and struggled to force its body from the cocoon.

Then it seemed to stop making any progress. It appeared as if it had gotten as far as it could and was unable to go any farther. Finally, the old man feeling sorry for the cocooned butterfly, decided to help the butterfly. He took a pair of scissors and snipped off the remaining bit of the cocoon. The butterfly then easily emerged.

But it had a swollen body and small, shriveled wings. The man continued to watch the butterfly because he expected that, at any moment, the wings would enlarge and expand to be able to support the body, which would contract in time.

Neither happened! In fact, the butterfly spent the rest of its life crawling around with a swollen body and shriveled wings. It never was able to fly.

What the man in his kindness and haste did not understand was that the restricting cocoon and the struggle required for the butterfly to get through the tiny opening, were God's way of forcing fluid from the body of the butterfly into its wings, so that it would be ready for flight once it achieved its freedom from the cocoon.

Sometimes struggles are exactly what we need in our life. If God allowed us to go through our life without any obstacles, it would only cripple us. We would not be as strong as what we could have been.

And we could never fly.

It’s all about having love and under standing in all our aspirations.

THIS IS MY STORY SO FAR IN MANAGER LEAGUE INTRO: (14/08/2008 18:41)

THIS IS MY STORY SO FAR IN MANAGER LEAGUE

INTRO:

Guess who I am? Well am Jay kool, the tem Manager of Samba Starz United, I can’t remember the particular date I joined manager league, but all I know is I joined the league from season 37.

IN THE BEGINNING:

I played series of games in season 37 and I happily finished second (2nd) in my department, (Department 655. Division 6) cos I lost both the departmental and league cup respectively.

But when I came season 38 still in division 6, Department 994 (In Norway ), I won the departmental and league cup same season, which to me was a steeping stone and thumps up for all my effort as a manager.
Well, I reserve praises to my team, coaches, cos every success attained was basically a practical and dedicated minds that worked for us. Even players that never played all the games, they all contributed to our success.

SO FAR:
Now it’s a brand new season before me (us), season 39, humm… my performance so far is not too encouraging, because I was expecting an easy new start of season, but things turned the other way, scheduled with stronger teams, either promoted to or relegated to my division. (5). department (249), Am improving by the day, thanks to God.

My players are not doing too great this season; the raining goals are not falling from heaven. For instance last season, my strikers, midfielders and defenders scored some goals: 14, 13, 5, 8, even as many as 32 goals, cos of this feat one of my strikers bagged home with golden boots, goal keepers, best goal keeper award respectively.

ACHIEVEMENTS:
I have won one departmental cup and one league cup

MY HOPES:
The season has just begun, I must remind myself hum… their must be ups and downs for a couple of games, but when the true games starts later, great!! I will improve from my current standings. This is because; I always believe that the end remains my greatest hopes behind the beginning. Another determinant is, no matter how good your team plays all season, they will not do well all season, definitely not. It’s logical. Ha-ha!

ASSPIRANTS:
If you think it that easy then, join Manager League. It’s fun all the way.

Thanx.

OUR LIFE ATTRIBUTES AND REACTIONS. (12/08/2008 13:53)

"Life is not the beautyful things we see , but the attitude that factorize it's existence. And the meaningful realities that goes along with them" ........Jay kool .....

The fact remains ...........

“The longer I live, the more I realize the impact of attitude on life.

Attitude, to me, is more important than facts. It is more important than the past, the education, the money, than circumstances, than failure, than successes, than what other people think or say or do.

It is more important than appearance, giftedness or skills and our talent. It will make or break a company... a church... a home when negetivities are revolving arround me.

The remarkable thing is we have a choice everyday regarding the attitude we will embrace for that day...yes deffintly ; We cannot change our past... we cannot change the fact that people will act in a certain way when life do not define what we did acheive in and outside success.

We cannot change the inevitable. The only thing we can do is play on the one string we have, and that is our attitude. I am convinced that life is 10% what happens to me and 90% of how I react to it. And so it is with you... we are in charge of our Attitudes.”

No sentiment about that. what you plant that is exatly what you get as harvest......The summer, winter and the spring react anly to the fact that they are a part of human existence and our personal curricular.

The seeds will only rect to the nature of he soil, weather, precipitation, atmospheric presure...... In other words, life is just empty without a positive attitude......

Formaly, "life is a teacher; the more we live, the more we learn..... cos, we'r nothing, but pencil in the hands of the creator"           .......Staloone....

"THINK POSITIVE, DO POSITIVE, PLAY POSITIVE"

                                                                                                                                JAY KOOL,

                                                                                                                                MANAGER,

                                                                                                                                SAMBA STARZ UNITED.
